From the author of the video: “By creating these videos, I wanted to partly correct a historical injustice. Unfortunately, not a single meter of film has survived where Vertinsky was filmed as himself.
There are only a few films with his acting participation and one educational film sketch “The Polisher”. But there are no recordings of his concerts, of which there were thousands, there are no chronicles, interviews or household stories frames."
All motion frames in this video are animation using modern technologies, reconstruction based on historical photographs.
The voiceover is a computer voice model created based on the voice of Alexander Nikolaevich. For the atmosphere, fragments of films and newsreels of the early 20th century were used

Erhalten geblieben sind nur wenige Filme, in denen er als Schauspieler mitwirkt; Aufzeichnungen seiner Konzerte, Filmaufnahmen, Interviews oder privaten Szenen gibt es nicht." rekonstruiert. Die Stimme aus dem Off ist ein computergeneriertes Modell, das auf der Originalstimme von Alexander Wertinski basiert. Für die Stimmung wurden auch Ausschnitte aus Filmen und Wochenschauen des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts verwendet.
