The first joint exhibition of the authors Denisa Balužinská and Veronika Chrenko is their second joint project, in which they work together, almost as one creative being - they work together on the canvases at the same time, their painting and creative peculiarities merge into a unified artistic expression. a magical and mystical, yet safe haven from today's chaotic and unstable world. Where the authors immerse themselves in the landscape or even turn into magical beings and thus become an inseparable part of the natural world. The work of Denisa Balužinská and Veronika Chrenko is loosely inspired by pagan and Slavic mythology, their rituals, masks. However, their interest primarily reflects their own search for a fixed point - a connection with the natural world, an authentic being, rather than the need to interpret ancient customs and rituals literally.
