Verena Stenke and Andrea Pagnes, known as the artistic duo VestAndPage, have been active since 2006 on the international scene in the field of performance art, film and artistic research. Their work is characterized by a transdisciplinary approach that connects the body, memory, place and time through intimate and philosophically anchored performances. They have performed and presented their works at prestigious festivals, galleries and museums around the world, from Antarctica to Taipei. They are the founders of VENICE INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCE ART WEEK (https://www.vest-and-page.de/biography) and mentors in the field of artistic practice and theory. Their projects are created in situ, in response to specific places and conditions. In their work, they often connect ecological and existential issues, while they perceive the body as an archive of experiences and a medium of communication. VestAndPage will be the guests of the discussion format of Breakfast in Ďatelinka, where they will share their approach to creation, cooperation and life on the border of the visible. 002AU-4/2024.
