Austria and Budapest could be both synonyms of history, such is the amount of museums, palaces and churches that can be visited in an area of Europe once known as Austro-Hungarian empire. Come with us on this unforgettable trip to the past! At 05:40, comparison at Lisbon airport. Departed at 08:40 on the TAP TP552 flight to Munich, where it should arrive at 12:45. Arrival and landing. We went to Salzburg. Time to discover the historic center of Salzburg. 2nd day-tozburg/Melk/Vienna. After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Melk, located in the heart of the Wachau region, declared a natural heritage of humanity. Visit to the splendid Benedictine Abbey of Melk, of single baroque architecture. Combined with contemporary highlights, it is one of the largest centers of spirituality and culture of Austria, stuck in a hill over the Danube River that offers us a magnificent view of the city. Continuation to Vienna. Visit to the historic center of this imperial and cosmopolitan city, worldwide known for the music, sophisticated cafes and waltz. Continuation of visits with Burgtheater, Austrian National Theater, Parliament and National Library and the Cathedral of St. Stephen, one of the city's icons, where large concerts of classical music are performed (outer visits). Lunch between visits. Dinner and accommodation at EXE Vienna Hotel 4* or similar;
3rd day. After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Hofburg Palace, an official residence of the Habsburg for centuries, where we will have the opportunity to visit the Sissi Museum, the imperial apartments and the Imperial Treasury Museum that houses very valuable collections that the Habsburg have raised over 1,000 years of European history, including the Imperial Crown, orb of Austria kings of the Holy Roman Empire. Visit to the Vienna Opera, famous for its grand neorrenented architecture. Lunch between visits. Dinner and accommodation. 6th day-Budapest/Vienna/Lisbon. Breakfast at the hotel. Opportunity to know Parliament, one of the most iconic buildings in the Hungarian country and one of the oldest in Europe. Lunch in a local restaurant. At a time to indicate locally, it transfers to the Vienna airport to board a regular return flight to Lisbon.
