Full Program:
1st Dia-Lisbon/Marseille. At 05:45, comparison at Terminal 1 of Lisbon Airport, next to the pharmacy. Starting on the TP400 flight, bound for Marseille, where we should arrive around 12:00. Landing and transfers to the center of the second largest French city. Free time for lunch (not included). Beginning of visits by the Museum of European and Mediterranean civilizations, located by the sea, which combines spectacular views with history, architecture and culture. We follow a tour of the city, highlighting the old port (Vieux-Port), flanked by the Fortes of St. Nicolas and St. John, the Cathedral of Marseille, St. Lourenço Church, built entirely in stone, Longchamp Palace, São Vicente de Paulo Church, Triunfo Arco and Gare de São Carlos (External Visits). Dinner and accommodation at AC Hotel by Marriott Marseille Prado Vélodrome3 4* or similar; After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Arles, an important Roman nucleus of France, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit to the Arles Arena, a Roman amphitheater built in the first century, which is still used today for the most diverse shows, followed by the Roman Theater, another impressive example of the city's Roman architecture. We continued with a themed visit "The Van Gogh route" still in Arles. We continue to travel to Avinhão, a city that receives the largest theater festival in Europe and where Picasso lived. 3rd Dia-Marselha/Aix-en-Provence/Montagne Sainté-Victoire/Marseille. After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Aix-en-Provence to explore the charming historic center, with a walk through the stone alleys. Passage through the famous Fontaine de la Rotonde and Fontaine des Quatre Dauphins. Opportunity to appreciate the vibrant and fragrant scenario of the Flower Market, located at Place Comtales. We finished the morning with a visit to the majestic Cathédrale Saint-Sauveur. Lunch. In the afternoon, passing through the mountain of Sainte-Victoire, region of wine production, celebrated in the paintings of Paul Cézanne. Visit the cellar for tasting the aforementioned Provence wines. Dinner and accommodation; After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Saint-Tropez, where Provencal charm and "glamor" of Côte d'Azur live in harmony. Free walk through the old fishing village and today a summer destination of excellence, where the luxurious boutiques and their historical control filled with flowery alleys and artistic studies stand out. Continuation to Cannes, famous for his film festival. 6th dia-nice/Lisbon. After breakfast at the hotel, beginning of the guided tour of the emblematic Avenida Prometha des Alnglais, which extends along Bahia dos Anjos, built by British aristocrats who once sought Nice during the summer. Walk walk through its historic center, UNESCO World Heritage, passing through the port of Nice and Praça Masséna, built in honor of André Masséna, French military commander in the revolutionary and Napoleonic wars. We continue to the castle hill, where there are still traces of the former Nice Castle. Visit to the Palais Lascaris Musée, rich in frescoes, tapestries and furniture of the 17th century, which houses one of the most important collections of historical musical instruments in France.
