🎄Christmas is approaching and that is why we are preparing a musical treat for you to support the coming glittering atmosphere of the most beautiful holidays of the year.
🌟A concert consisting of traditional folk carols, popular Christmas songs and original compositions, performed by the unmistakable singer JANAIS with her band.

JANAIS
Janais is a Slovak composer, lyricist and performer who sings in Slovak, English and French. Her characteristic pop with elements of folk and chanson attracts listeners of all ages. The singer studied French at the Comenius University in Bratislava and at the Michel de Montaigne University in Bordeaux, FR. Janais made her debut with the album SVETABOJ in 2009. In the same year, she caught the public's attention by performing in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest. The albums EUFÓRIA (2013) and Vianočná Janais (2015) followed, which also include duets with Martin Husovský (Komajota), Zuzana Smatanová or collaboration with the well-known lyricist Vlad Krausz. The album VIANOČNÁ JANAIS won a gold record for sales. The trilingual album ILÚZIE (2018) contains, in addition to songs known from the airwaves, a duet Bližko with Peter Bažík and a French version of the well-known Slovak chanson Čerešne under the name Les cerises, accompanied by Daniel Špiner on piano. The latest album DVE TVÁRE JANAIS with 10 studio recordings is a collection of the singer's singles from the last years (Na dosach, Domov), supplemented by her new original songs. The album also includes the singer's versions of the popular Ukrainian folk songs Prečistaja Diva and Spi Isuse, spi, as well as the Ruthenian folk song Poľana poľana. The title of the album draws attention to the two faces of the singer Janais, the pop and folk essence of her work, but also reveals the face of the guitarist, co-producer and the singer's husband Petr Kothaj. Janais lives in Bratislava, is the mother of two children, and she and her husband devote themselves to concerts and new work.
