About event
Frequency harmonization accompanied by crystal bowls will lead you to absolute relaxation with its sound. Immersing yourself in tones and vibrations will bring you feelings of relaxation, lightness and joy.
Crystal bowls are made of rock crystal and are characterized by spherical sounds that sound even for several minutes and fill the space with harmonizing sounds.
Deep, high and strongly vibrating tones are physically perceptible, activate self-healing processes and expand consciousness. Bathing in the vibrations of singing bowls helps to harmonize our energy bodies and chakras.
The most effective way to listen to the tones of crystal bowls live.
Meditation with bowls is also called sound bath or sound massage, which is very apt, because their tones develop in space and can be physically perceived. The tones of the bowls are healing, they vibrate the water in us, they start regeneration processes in the cells.
They touch us in an extraordinary way, releasing blockages on a physical, emotional and mental level. It is relaxation for body and soul.
The soft tones of koshi bells and the sound of falling water - rain stick also contribute to complete relaxation.
