About event
The Cosmic Heart Meditation is one of the most beautiful meditations you can experience during the Christmas season.
It comes from secret tantric teachings from Mongolia.
It was created to bring spiritual liberation to individuals, couples and the entire planet Earth.
It invites you to feel the unity, lightness and deep peace that awakens the connection with the Universal Heart. Let your heart open to the silence and gentle power of love that forms the essence of all being.
THE PROGRAM HAS 2 PARTS:
1./ Ceremony (ritual) of letting go of the year 2025
This part of the ritual is dedicated to releasing and saying goodbye to everything that belongs to the outgoing year in a dance, which is a unique expression of the situations that keep you in the past. With gratitude, you let go of what you no longer need so that you can enter the new season with ease and a clean space in your heart.
2./ Meditation of the Cosmic Heart
In this part you will dive deeper into the connection with yourself and with the infinite love that flows through the entire universe. A feeling of unconditional love, inner peace and deep gratitude for everything that is opens up in you.
WHEN: 27/12/2025
TIME: 17:00 - 21:00
