- 60 minutes of TABATA in two styles - 30 minutes with Lucia (intense and rhythmic), 30 minutes with Matej (raises your pulse and mood)
- 30-minute Soundhealing & meditation - after a good performance comes an experience that puts you in a state of complete calm. We will guide you through deep relaxation, sound therapy and a short meditation, after which you will leave feeling lighter, calmer and absolutely attuned to yourself and the magic of Christmas.

Lucia Švaral – leads regular Latino Tabata and Tabata trainings at House of dance. She is a trainer of strength and dance lessons, co-founder of Fitshaker and author of the books Z fitka dokuchyne.
Matej Olejár – personal and fitness trainer with many years of experience. Matej comes from Levice and, in addition to being a master swimmer, he is also one of Fitshaker's most popular trainers.
