Vianočný LOTR Turnaj Gaming guild

We would like to welcome you to the first Christmas LOTR tournament in the premises of the Gaming guild. We will try to make sure you like it as much as possible and that you will continue to enjoy coming to us.
The tournament takes place in Trnava right in the center of the city on the pedestrian zone (Hlavná 27) from the bus or train station it is a 5 to 7 minute walk, depending on your walking pace and of course the parking lot is located along Paulínská street in Trnava, a 2 minute walk from us or discounted zone B. https://www.google.com/.../data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!4m1!3e2...
For the first 2 cars, we can provide free parking by agreement with us.
How many points to accumulate? 750 points, individual rounds will be played for 2.5 hours with the possible agreement of both teammates that they do not want a break for food and a possible beer for a maximum of 3 hours.
How will the tournament take place?
On Saturday we start with an introduction and breakfast at 9 a.m. and the first round starts from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the second round from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will also be a longer break for lunch and the third from 16:00 to 18:30, followed by evaluation and sale of prizes with a small after party. On Sundays, it is possible to stay especially for sleepovers and spend time painting models in the premises of our club and have a pleasant chat, breakfast and coffee will be provided both on Saturday and Sunday.
Logging in and sending letters is possible no later than 23.11.2025 and of course until the capacity is filled, which is 20 players.

GIBASKBX with description: member, name of applicant and November. The entrance fee includes coffee or tea per player, hot dog/baguette, toast or muesli with yogurt of your choice and a small lunch. This time we have prepared some goodies for you, if someone is a vegetarian or vegan, please send a notice with the application.
Of course, tournament participants will be able to buy refreshments, cold drinks or hot coffee to take away, and some snacks will also be prepared. There is also a pizzeria right next to the entrance and the club is located in the city center, and 3 minutes from the City Arena shopping center.
Do you need a full paint? it is not, but for fulpaint there will be extra points for each game.
There will be prizes for the winners and maybe also a prize for the most beautifully painted army.
