The pre-Christmas period is at its peak and the Christmas theme is coming at us from all sides. Let's take a little break from everything together and live the time to the fullest in connection with each other. 💫
During this special yoga event, we will have plenty of time to go deeper into ourselves. Come recharge your batteries and release all the tension.
Do it for yourself, for your loved ones.
The lesson itself will be tuned in a combination of slower and faster tempo. Everyone is welcome, more experienced yogis as well as those who are just starting out with yoga.
After the lesson, we can sit together with warm cocoa or non-alcoholic mulled wine/punch.
There will be no salad or carp, but we still believe that we will enjoy it together:)) •
