The sun is low but still burning. I stand his back and look around. It is strange to observe the clouds below. They float and associate with the fog, forming visors, the rays pass through, which mirrored in the snow. The air is damp, heavy and cool here. What ideal conditions, I say. I am slowly meeting, but the last time I look through the pretty, the infinite depth. Just silence and the strange presence of something that seems to haven't been from this world.

The exhibition presents the work of Jessica Prešuchová, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, where she attended the Painting Studio under the leadership of Klaudia Kosziba. The exhibited works are linked to artistic research, which the author defended the diploma thesis and completed his university studies. In the research, the author devoted herself to the images of the country, which she conceived as a symbolic scene of inner events, emotions or personal narratives. The meteor phenomenon is interpreted positively as a greeting to which the mountains welcome their visitor, but also, vice versa, negatively as a warning. Vidmo also reflects the old reputation of the Horals and the Spirit, to whom they came with their burden and supplications. They had no idea that a mystical appearance was a projection of themselves. The author is considering a natural country as a living organism that resonates with her visitor, pilgrim or sports runner. Gradually, both of them, the opposite activities symbiotically, were symbol. Running became not only physical balance of creative work, but also a stimulus for creation. For the author, the run is a challenge to overcome obstacles in the form of limits of her own body, physical and mental, demanding terrain, or weather conditions and then symbolically reflect in painting. The obstacle for it does not mean stopping, but moving forward. If it was first a sport run through the country, later the movement acquired the lynx of a continuous journey from the country to the studio, from sport to painting and became a universal expression of life. In it he finds inspiration for his paintings. Whether it is a picture of nature, a country with a figure or a portrait, the starting conceptual base is always an intimate dialogue between nature and man and thinking about their interconnection.
