I know I need to move whether its backward or forward
The exhibition of the diploma theses of two students of the Department of Textile Design at the Bratislava University of Fine Arts Pavlína Árendášová and Viktória Bakušová reflects movement as part of memories, the passage of time and life stages, while its continuity is symbolically expressed by the main medium - yarn. Although one author tends to design and the other to free art, both of them tell a story of movement through their work, in which there is room to stop, although time goes on. The exhibition is closely connected with the philosophy of the Design studio of ÚĽUV – to make innovative approaches to craft tradition visible.
You can stop in time and perceive art and design as connected vessels here from June 4 to July 31, 2026.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the ÚĽUV design studio at Dobrovičová 13 in Bratislava.
