- Live BBQ competitions: Experience Europe's best grill masters in action and look over their shoulders as they prepare their award-winning dishes.
- Sausage specialties and more: Enjoy a selection of homemade sausage specialties, meat loaf and other delicacies that are freshly prepared by local producers.
- < strong>Workshops and demonstrations: Learn from the professionals! Participate in workshops and demonstrations showcasing grilling techniques and BBQ secrets.
- Tastings - Sample dishes prepared by the international competition teams Only trained and certified judges are allowed to judge in the special BBQ tasting area. (Saturday: monster burgers and ribs -- Sunday: ribs, pulled pork and brisket - each available for purchase on site for a tasting voucher)
