There are two contests : KCBS MASTER with all 4 main categories on Sa/Suand additionally ONE MEAT RIBS on Saturday.
As usual, there is a KCBS MASTER contest with the 4 main categories and in addition and ADDITIONALLY a KCBS rib competition (officially: ONE MEAT RIBS) on Saturday!
There are of course trophies and cash/material prizes for the winners and the best places.

KCBS Standard (12:00 Chicken - 12:30 Ribs - 1:00 p.m. Pork - 1:30 p.m. Brisket)
Awards planned: 4:00 p.m.
Rules
MASTER: KCBS rules - only charcoal/pellets/wood as a heating source otherwise all electrical appliances allowed (mixer etc.)
Ribs KCBS rules - only Charcoal/pellets/wood as a heating source, otherwise all electrical appliances permitted (mixer, etc.) -
Ribs: 6 ribs in the menu box - (Leftovers for public tasting are fetched from teams.)
