Our weekend with Mizan therapy:
It will take place in the Montessori space in Palmovka. The entrance is from the corner of the street where the trams run (to the Libeňský most), a wooden door, maybe it will be closed, maybe it will be open. I couldn't find it at first! :-)
We start on FRIDAY afternoon only in our circle. 16:00-18:30
SATURDAY: 3 additional women (natives) will come. One just to assist, two to learn massage.
Time: 9:00 - 17(18):00.
Around 13:00 our "model", the woman I will show you, will arrive.
SUNDAY: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Massage practice.
BRING WITH YOU:
→ One sheet, one towel and one pillowcase
→ Water bottle (there will be teas, etc.)
→ Clipped nails
→ Rebozo
→ You can bring shea butter or your own oil, but I'll bring it too.
The space has possible to sleep for 300 CZK per night. You need a sleeping bag, maybe a pillow, and please note that there is no shower, only a sink, so possibly only "wash with a washcloth". Of course there is a toilet, a kettle with dishes etc.
I hope we will have a good time there, it will be the first time I have a seminar there!
