Weekend dance workshop of spontaneous dance. Suitable for beginners and advanced dancers.
Motto: “Being vulnerable scares us. It is something that can change our lives."
During the weekend we will dance with our strength and vulnerability. On the surface they seem like opposites, but when we delve into them we discover that both opposites belong to us; they are interconnected and one cannot exist without the other. When they meet, life gets juiced and becomes joyful, imbued with love and balanced.
We live in a world where vulnerability is often seen as weakness: we learn to be strong and associate vulnerability with emotions we would prefer to avoid, such as fear and insecurity. But there is nothing wrong with those; on the contrary, when we close ourselves to them, we also close ourselves to joy, bliss and the true power of our life energy. Connecting through dance with the source of our vitality and life energy, where there is no longer a difference between "good" and "bad" feelings, is art.
In this way, we can examine the connections between what we experience on the dance floor and the dynamics of situations in our everyday lives, including work, partnerships, friendships, etc.
