Comprehensive weekend preparation for childbirth by Hypnobirth in PREŠOV. Prenatal preparation Hypnobirth is a unique and comprehensive educational program tailored to Slovak mothers, using deep relaxation and special breathing techniques, for a safer, easier and gentle birth.
What will you learn on the course?
• Everything that you need for a safer, easier and more pleasant birth,
• Disprove the deep-rooted myth that birth is inevitably accompanied by pain,
• Deep relaxation techniques to help you get rid of the fear that causes tension and pain in your body (the so-called fear-tension-pain syndrome),
• That your body is naturally adapted to to conceive, nurture and give birth to a baby with ease and peace,
• Create natural analgesics of your body, which are the only safe means against pain,
• Natural ways to bring your body into labor, without artificially chemically inducing labor contractions,
• How you and your birth partner can create an atmosphere and prepare an environment that will be full of peace and joy instead of tension and stress,
• Gentle breathing techniques that will allow you to bring your baby into the world without unnecessary violence or tiring physical pressure.

• 2 days full of relaxation, fun, theoretical preparation and practical exercises in a relaxed atmosphere,

The course will take place in person in PREŠOV, on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with regular short breaks and an hour break at lunch.
The course will be accompanied by an experienced Hypnobirth instructor, a certified doula at the AmmaDula Academy in Prague, a breastfeeding and babywearing consultant, Fr. from MAMILA, instructor of pregnancy and postpartum exercises, activist Women's Initiative Prešov, o.z.
