It is time to take control of your birth and postpartum period! Together we will go through everything from preparation for childbirth to the care of the newborn. And not only theoretically, but also practically with the possibility of practicing different positions and breathing. 🌟
The ideal time to visit the course is between 16 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. The course consists of two parts.

The first part of the course:
