About event
The seminar is intended for everyone who wants to better understand their dreams and learn to work with them. It is suitable for those who want to embark on a journey of self-discovery, as well as for those interested in Jungian psychotherapy who want to get more information. 17:00) we will delve into the theory of working with dreams. You will learn different perspectives on the function of dreams, how dreams are divided, what influences them. We will touch on the possibilities of influencing sleep and falling asleep. We will show you the possibilities of working with dreams in everyday life. Theoretically, we will discuss techniques of active imagination, free association, dream amplification and the exploration of dreams using creativity.
On the second day (Sunday 10:00 - 12:00, 13:30-17:00) we will dive into your dreams. You will try out all the techniques practically on your own dream.
Our starting point will be Jung's understanding of the dream as a living phenomenon. It is not only about understanding the dream, but above all about tuning in to the emotions and contents that the dream brings and establishing a dialogue with them. A dream and some other experiences come into our consciousness "from the other side" - we can talk about the unconscious, the underworld or holistic perception, when we perceive much more than we realize. A dream often reflects something that is happening within us, even if we are not necessarily aware of it. It can bring emotions that we are not aware of, or offer a new perspective on our situation and sometimes indicate possible further developments (which is why a dream can really be a window to the future).
Range 2 days (Saturday 10:00 - 12:00, 13:30 - 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 12:00, 13:30-17:00)
