About event
Through the Balkans behind the Arctic Circle
had a driver's license, but could not drive. She had a horror behind the wheel. Viktorka therefore bought the mare of the Volkswagen breed, named it Rocinante, loaded 60 books on it, 7 pills on ADHD, and set out on the road. Plan: go somewhere and return sometime. She volunteered on farms, trekked in the mountains, camping on the beaches, at hot springs and in the mountains. She spent the winter in a shack in the Bosnian mountains, where she fulfilled her dream of life in the wild. The peaceful life in nature outside civilization eventually reversed in the fight for life. She returned to the Czech Republic, packed the bike, loaded an inflatable ship on it and went to Lapland.
The adventure that began in February 2024. So as it all turns out, no one knows yet.
Viktorka Rys (Viktor's Way there)
travels with ultra -light equipment, no aircraft and low -cost. He focuses mainly on long-distance mountain transitions with a hobby of off-trail. The Carpathian arch went twice with the aim of Banat, continued through the Balkan Mountains to Istanbul, and the Caucasus moved from the Black Sea in Georgia to the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijan. She lived in Iceland for half a year, where she worked as a sheep and spent a year in a motor home in the Balkans. On the road, he takes pictures, films, volunteers and tests equipment for a shop below 7 pounds. In BWT Books she published a book of mountains and infinity.
