Vinohradský film: Zóna zájmu

Rudolf, Hedwiga and their children live in a large house with a beautiful, well-kept garden. They celebrate dinner together every day, reminisce about their beloved Italy, enjoy weekend trips to the water and walks with friends. However, from behind the walls of their home, there are disturbing sounds and the occasional desperate scream of someone. Rudolf Höss is the commander of the Auschwitz concentration camp. Jonathan Glazer's chilling film about the banality of evil took home the Grand Prize from the Cannes festival and later the Oscar for the best foreign language film of the year thanks to its exceptional processing. In Vinohrady, you can see for yourself its qualities on 15 October at 19:30 in the Pálava Social Hall.
