In this dynamic class, breath and movement are connected in a flowing sequence. Vinyasa builds flexibility and balance, and calming the mind

Vinyasa yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance while calming the mind. Each session may vary in focus and intensity, but always follows a rhythm that allows students to feel grounded, challenged, and refreshed. Sound bowls deepen relaxation in Shavasana with calming, healing vibrations. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or deepen the practice.

This class is held in English. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours.
