From order to joy: How to develop a service that makes sense and impact? What helps to take your breath off again?
☝️Ně it is necessary to create solid ground under the feet: clear system, understandable rules, functional team processes. Although we often defend it, the structure and order give us certainty and space for it - quality work with clients. Lucka Křenková, Professional Director/Head of the Primary Prevention Center in Magdaléna, o.p.s. who went through this way.

In the next part of our café, we will focus on the impact and efficiency that not only donors but also the workers themselves expect from services.
