About event
Welcome to the Book Club Double -colon: 👋👋
The club is designed for all lovers of books regardless of the age and number of books read. We will meet in the studio of free creation in the art on Sunday evening twice a month. You will have to read the selected book as well as looser activities - debates on read books, quiet and loud readings, curatorial book selections, discussions with authors and translators, audiobooks, workshops and quizzes.
"Club activities" are prepared for you by Lucia Halová, translator of books from English and Portuguese language and editor of the literary magazine version and Julie Jambazovič, pedagogue of Piešťanská ZUŠ. In addition to being passionate bookworms, they have been organizing the Night of Literature Night Piešťany since 2018.
Mail: [email protected], tel. 0908 057 833
We look forward to the first meeting where we will meet and imagine the book we will read - our first selection is Frankenstein from Mary Shelley 🧟
Let's talk more about the club's work 🤟📚📖
