Viva Musica! festival 2026 | Plantasia

Mother Earth's Plantasia is a cult electronic album by Canadian composer and electronic music pioneer Mort Garson. The music on the album was originally created specifically for plants — to be "listened to".

Today, Plantasia is considered one of the iconic recordings of electronic music, as well as one of the first albums created exclusively using a Moog synthesizer.

At Viva Musica! Plantasia will be heard in a new interpretation of the Plantasia Project, which is supported by Kristína Smetanová and Haimoni Balgavá together with Peter Kunz and Martin Štefánik. In addition to the reinterpretation of the original album, original compositions from the upcoming debut album of the project will also be heard.

The atmospheric open-air concert will bring a combination of electronic music, nature and hypnotic synthesizer surfaces right on the banks of the Danube.
