Come turn off your head and let your body guide you.
Movement that relaxes you. Music that carries you.
A space where you don't have to know or manage anything.
In the first part, a dance wave that will perhaps gradually open you up and tune you in.
And then there is live music by Josi - ambient guitar, voice and rhythm that can calm you down... and get you excited.

Our dance evenings are an invitation to the world of live music and spontaneous dance Movement Medicine. Music and movement lead us from gentleness to ecstasy. Come as you are - with lightness and heaviness - and let your body guide you.
We dance without judgment, alcohol and drugs. Just you, breath, rhythm and music.

I am a Movement Medicine spontaneous ecstatic dance instructor and a somatic therapist. Through movement, I create a space where depth meets lightness, ritual meets joy, and silence meets ecstasy. You can relax, let yourself be guided and reconnect with the dancer in you.
Concert:
➤ JOSI ambient
I play ambient music on the guitar and sing from a place that is real and alive. The music I create can be gentle and soothing, but also rhythmic and ecstatic.
I connect guitar, voice and layering of sounds into a live stream that is created right on the spot.

Movement Medicine is a dance practice that takes us on a journey to fully experience ourselves. It opens up our natural creativity while revitalizing our relationship with life on all levels. It is rooted in shamanic and nature-based wisdom, as well as in contemporary therapeutic methods.
Rules of the evening
➤We dance in comfortable clothes, barefoot or in soft dance shoes
➤We dance without the influence of alcohol and drugs
➤We do not talk in the space where we dance
➤We do not use mobile phones, do not film or take pictures during the evening
