About event
👣 INNER WORK OF THE FEET, or a game with weight and spilling ⚖️
It will be a year since someone once again expanded my options a little bit, how to mediate and dose new sensations from the feet even while walking. Thanks to Lucie Kinclová, Martina Víchová and Formthotics.
🤲🏼 In order to deepen the therapy and carry out the learning process while working with new perceptions, we created an extension seminar on 11/10/2024.
👀 In the theoretical part, we will take a look at working with weight and how it is reflected in our body. Which parameters can be changed and how they can be used in therapy to discover new quality.
🦿 On the Diers device we will show the connection up to the area of the lumbar spine and trunk. At the same time, with very simple examples of mechanics, we will supplement the view not only of the independent work of the muscles, but also of cooperation with weight and transmission through bone structures. working with change in the ability to integrate changes and new perceptions. For example, how to distinguish in therapy a reaction to a new sensation versus an unpleasant one and choose support or space for action more effectively.
