Beseda o zdraví Vnútorná krajina

Come and discover your Inner Landscape - your body, mind, energy and relationships.

We each carry our own inner world within us. What we experience in our thoughts, in our relationships, in our emotions and in our daily experience is also reflected in our body.

Sometimes in tension. Sometimes in fatigue. Sometimes in illness.
In this talk we will combine the perspective of medicine, nutrition, bioenergetics and personal experience. So that we can better understand ourselves.
We invite you if you want to perceive yourself more deeply, more sensitively and more responsibly.

Life and health are not an accident. Experts with many years of experience will show how the body, mind, emotions and our energy field affect each other - and what we can do about it if we are looking for balance.
