Ecocentrum Koniklec and Kafkรกrna/Center for Art and Ecology of UMPRUM Cordially invite you to a seminar with the workshop "Water in my garden", which will include a tour of the natural garden of Kafkรกrny.
K.O.Z.E.L. Gardener - climate, enlightenment, greenery, ecosystem, people. The aim of the project is to find solutions for gardens and gardens so that they are best adapted to extreme weather related to climate change that our gardens most affect, ie drought, heat and torrential rains. The seminar will therefore include a short presentation of children from elementary school Hanspaulka, where they will introduce their designs of school gardens, dreams of dreams and already implemented adaptation measures in the school garden.
Mulching, water infiltration, tips for plants into changing climate and microclimate of the garden. The seminar will be followed by a workshop where participants will make ceramic irrigation containers. We will let the containers burn and before the holidays they will be picked up at the Hanspaulka Primary School, in the ecocentre Koniklec or in a coffee shop.
