What about the woman? The memory of our true voice as free women.
For thousands of years, the female voice has been restricted and silenced.
In the Jewish religion, for example, a woman's voice is directly linked to her sexuality, because Orthodox Jewish women are not allowed to sing in front of men.
Like our sexuality, our voice is the key that connects us to ours true power connects.
It is great, it is beautiful, it is wise and contains great spiritual expression. An expression that we have not allowed ourselves to express freely for far too many generations.
For all people, the voice is a conductor - a meeting point between spirit and matter.
And for most of us, access to this gate is limited by the partitions that life has taught us to erect.
Through our breathing, through exercises and a few simple tools, we will learn to use them To dissolve barriers of shame, judgment and guilt and to free the wings of the hidden voice, to love it again, to enjoy this free expression as an individual and as part of a group and to connect our voices in harmony.
The workshop includes meditative methods and technical tools for healthier singing, exercises, improvised circle singing and ceremonies.
The workshop is aimed at anyone who likes to sing.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
What to bring:
-comfortable clothes - blanket, pillow
⁃ Water surface
- pen and notebook for writing
** Refund Policy: A full refund will only be given in case of Cancellation granted up to 60 days before the event. After that, no more refunds are possible. Exchanging admission tickets is possible at any time. Please ensure you arrive with a scannable ticket.
