Volleyball practice games - Weekdays

Are you ready to fire up your volleyball muscles? Well, you're in the right place!

Here's what to expect from VTAG's weekday session:

* -(10-15) min: early arrival; get changed and ready to play
* 10-15 min: group welcome and warm up
* 1h and 35 min: games (5:1 rotation)
* 10 min: cool down and clean up

The players are divided into groups/teams based on their individual skill level. If in doubt about your skill level, check [the guide HERE](https://grabagame.com/volleyball-skill-levels/). You are expected to have a solid volleyball foundation and knowledge of 5:1 rotation.

Please Note:

1. Dev will share a Tikkie link for €8/10 on our shared [WhatsApp](https://bit.ly/VTAG_Weekend_Whatsapp) group, or you can pay by cash at the event.
2. If you can no longer make it, change your RSVP at least **48h prior** to the event to help us prepare a skill appropriate training and teams for everyone.
3. We will play a 5-1 rotation. If you don't have a set position, we can help you determine the best fit for you.
