Vosto5: Snaha je patrná (křest knihy)

Docufiction book about the Vosto5 Theater by Martina Sľúková. An insight into the guts of a theater company in a creative crisis at the peak of its career.

For 5 years, the author mapped the functioning of five people, creators and friends. Martina Sľúková has put together an original and entertaining docufiction where readers will be able to guess what really happened and what has already been completed by the pen of the author, who moves in mystification as deftly as a rolled-up bunch of aging celadons from Vosto5. In this authentic way, the book tells about the theater, about the process of creation, about the crisis of motivation, but also about personal, friendship and social crises. reader by members of Vosto5ka. At first glance, it looks like any other theater rehearsal - coffee, sandwiches, someone is enjoying something, someone is smoking, someone is looking at their cell phone. There is not exactly enthusiasm among the participants, but rather fatigue, exhaustion, overwhelm, resistance, but somewhere in the secret of the soul perhaps also compassion, love and tenderness.

At the christening, the Snaha band and Messrs. Tomina, Ondar, Petar will play a few hits , Jura and Bauik will read selected examples from the book. Everything will be accompanied by a DJ with his set, and of course there will also be an autograph session by author Martina Sľúková.
