While the newspaper is written about incredible crime, Mr. Lenglém wakes up in bed next to a strange man, with such a hangover that he cannot remember the name. Who is the stranger man? And what happened at night? Instead of memories of awaken night, he has evidence after the pockets that both convict from the crime written in the newspaper, and which the whole of Paris is already talking about.
The desperate attempt to conceal supposed guilt and at the same time the fact that they rotated together all night will not only cause chaos, but leads to a hiding game that puts us in front of a number of questions: What are we willing to do to keep our hands clean? And how do we behave when our biggest nightmare becomes a reality? Just imagine what we could be able to do, and then we believe that we really did something like that.
In the period that is a breakthrough for the creation of Eugèna Labich (1815–1888). In addition to the classic salon comedy, more than characteristic of the 19th century, it applies new principles that gave rise to its imaginary creative peak called Vaudeville Cauchemar, but in essence darker than it was customary in other contemporary genres. The murderers feel guilty, but they are ready to commit the murder again to hide their guilt - try to survive without accepting their responsibility for their crime. There are values and ideas of what is right and what is wrong, or depends on our survival? Man is terribly dirty! ” Batěk
