About event
Peace plan by Rob Schrama for Palestinians and Israelis
At the exhibition 'Salon 2024', currently taking place in ARTI Amsterdam, artist Rob Schrama is represented with a 12-panel, called 'My Commandments', in which he provides a script for the realization of peace between Palestinians and Israelis. On Sunday, December 15, Rob Schrama will give a presentation of his plans in ARTI.
Working together with Palestinians and Israelis, he developed a solution to their endless conflict: 'PA-IL', which stands for the desired form of society of Palestine-Israel: two peoples and two states, with Jerusalem as its capital and with an equal and just distribution of the land between the River and the Sea.
As their ambassador, Rob Schrama supports this peace perspective and invites the whole world to work together to achieve this ideal. To this end, he is giving away 3 large works of art, which will be processed into NFTs before being donated; digital art that Rob Schrama uses to (co-)finance his peace plans.
However, this peace will start in Amsterdam, with the creation of a light pyramid above the IJ on September 21, 2025 and with the awarding of the 'Robert Jasper Grootveld Medal' for fun action-oriented activities to improve our world and Mother Earth.
You are very welcome to experience Rob Schrama's presentation - with lots of images. Free entrance.
