This masterclass is the first step to change that.
In 2 hours you will understand what to do in the first seconds of a conflict, you will try the first simple reactions and find out if real self-defense is something for you.
It will not be just an exercise without context.
First you will understand how a conflict arises and what happens in it going on. Then you will try simple solutions that make sense under pressure.

It is an introductory lesson to our training. We will show you how we start with absolute beginners, what is trained in the first weeks and how one gradually moves from simple drills to more realistic situations.
When you want to continue, you will know what awaits you next.
And if you decide to follow up with regular training, we will deduct CZK 490 from your first month of membership.
You don't have to have:
