🤍Do you understand what an authentic relationship is and how to create it?
🤍Do you understand how is the deep experience of the relationship with our soul important? and to our teacher essential for authenticity in all our other relationships?
🤍Can we recognize when and how we are operating from a false emotional core in our relationships and creating painful repetitive patterns?
🤍Do you understand that the first thing to adjust when relationships are painful, distorted or dysfunctional is our self and our relationship to ourselves? When this is clear, we can act with full responsibility, commitment and upliftment.
🤍Are you aware of the tendency of the mind to create polarization, especially under stress or conflict, and can you master how to direct this polarity?
🤍Do you understand the basic polarity of male and female energy in each of us and know how to create a successful relationship between them?
🤍Have you forgiven everyone? relationships that caused us pain or doubt, and became authentically present and grateful for them as an essential part of our story and ultimately our victory?
🤍Do you know how to accept and honor our lineage?
The goal of the Authentic Relationships training is:
✔️Transform our awareness of relationships. ✔️Understand with clarity and depth our relationship to our consciousness, our soul, our teacher and our students.
✔️Get to know and learn to create authentic relationships in every area of our life.
✔️Increase our ability to perceive polarities, deal with them creatively and understand their dynamics in relationships.
✔️Get tools to evaluating our relationships, respecting them and helping others develop authentic, fulfilling relationships.
✔️To inspire us to explore, study and apply the wide range of Yogi Bhajan's teachings on relationships, marriage, family, mastering polarity and communication between men and women, and the art of spiritual living.
✔️To understand our special opportunities and challenges in authentic relationships with our students and other teachers.
✔️Understanding that our relationship with our soul and higher self is the basis for authentic relationships in our life.

Module 2 is primarily intended for teachers of training 1. Under certain conditions, however, interested parties who are not teachers but they have already practiced kundalini yoga and are familiar with its principles and functioning (or will practice by the time of the course)
