The school can be a safe place where pupils and their teachers feel that they belong here, that they can do something important for others and are not afraid to try new things and learn. In particular, it will be used by school psychologists, counseling psychologists, special educators and counseling staff in education - educational advisors and prevention methodologists. The aim of the training is to offer these professionals much needed support that will allow them to systematically cooperate on the transformation of the school towards partner and cooperating settings. You will be sure in the management of a consulting conversation with children, parents and teachers, learn special techniques for working with an individual and a group that enable to understand the situation, experience - and get insight. You will also learn how to motivate to change and support in its implementation and accompany the process of change, and how to get others to cooperate, develop and build it on it. We will also focus on special topics - symptomatics of anxiety and depression, self -harm, identity issues, problem behavior, but also care of ourselves and burnout. We will also focus on creating a strategy to support cooperation within the school and anchoring work in a comprehensive methodology of work in various contexts. To depth the practice of conducting interviews, reflecting, special methods and techniques that are useful in school counseling - an interview to understand the dynamics of problem behavior, projective techniques for working with professional teachers, projective techniques to work with class, group and individuals. The boundaries and ethics of work will also be an important topic.

Support for team cooperation: How to support cooperation - in class between classmates, between parents and school, but also among teachers, cooperation with school management and cooperation with or in or in the school counseling center.

Development and support of teachers: How to help teachers understand the essence of their relationship with students and pupils - and how to look for ways to build and strengthen it. To help the teacher seek ways to build on trust and responsibility. How to use logical and natural consequences in teaching and thus teach pupils of responsibility while allowing them to decide and bear the consequences of their decisions. How to work with teachers on the development of their communication skills and efficient communication strategies that will allow them to respond constructively to the inappropriate behavior of pupils. What to support, what to stop, what to change. Naming the goals and defining the steps that need to be taken, who needs to be discovered to make the school's steps to work. Which school area has the greatest impact on change? External organizations with which the school works - counseling, OSPOD, nonprofits, network creation and effective cooperation settings.
