About event
"Stepping out" - art therapy meeting for women
📅 Saturday (December 13, 2025 | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
Everything starts with the first step. Sometimes it is small, insecure, other times bold and bright. At this meeting, through creation, we will look at what prevents us from stepping forward and what can support us.
🌱 What can "Stepping out" bring you?
• time to stop and realize your own needs
• a creative view of the change you feel or are looking for
• a support circle of women where you can be yourself
👩🏫 You will be accompanied by:
Ivana Bytelová - psychologist
Klaudia Kysler Demanková - art therapist and artist
✅ Participation is FREE. Just register here:
learninghub.vages.sk/arte
✨ Treat yourself to a moment in which you can take a breath, look ahead and step forward. We look forward to seeing you!
.
Realized with the financial support of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic within the subsidy program for the enforcement, support and protection of human rights and freedoms and for the prevention of all forms of discrimination, racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism and other manifestations of intolerance.
