About event
Support group for moms with ASD (autism spectrum disorder), ADHD, Down syndrome.
Moms, you will find answers to the questions:
-How can I strengthen my mental health to better manage difficult situations?
-What change can I make in my life to maintain harmony?
-How can I discover my uniqueness?
We can meet and enrich each other. We will focus on the following topics:
1. Meeting 13.4.
-We will take a closer look at the recommendations on how to support our health.
-We will choose a part in which we need to pay more attention.
-We will suggest options for how I can improve in the given area.
2. Meeting 25.5.
-We will treat ourselves to meditation to calm the body and soul.
-We will talk about harmony in life.
-We will make a life balance wheel.
-We will focus on individual areas in our life.
3. Meeting 8.6.
- We will discover our uniqueness.
- We will treat ourselves to meditation / a walk to relax the body and soul. If the weather is good, the meeting will take place in nature.
Who are the meetings intended for?
For mothers with children with ASD, ADHD, Down syndrome who want to develop and learn in a support group in order to gain new strength and inspiration in their demanding mission. There is a possibility of career guidance.

Series of three interactive meetings.
Each meeting lasts 1.5 hours and takes place once a month, always at 09:00 a.m.
