History comes alive right before your eyes - Vyšehrad fencing is back. After a year, the Vyšehrad summer scene will once again transform into an arena full of courage, humor and dramatic stories of warriors across the centuries.

Visitors have the opportunity to glimpse into a world where the clang of blades accompanies human passions and great history takes place in personal clashes.

Vyšehrad Fencing brings a unique series of stage performances that combine action, historical fidelity and intelligent exaggeration. You can look forward to stories from the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, comedy skits from the 17th century and knightly tournaments in the Gothic style. Authentic fights, elaborate costumes and strong acting energy will draw young and old viewers into the story.
