We cordially invite you to the finale of the exhibition The Result of Time combined with a guided tour, which is based on an intergenerational dialogue of authors who care about what this country will look like in five, ten or twenty years.
The exhibition would like to contribute to the complex societal discourse that is currently taking place in Slovakia as well as in the world, and which is so worrying and polarizing our society. The resulting works and reflections on the issue should not be conceived only as a reflection of the current state in which we find ourselves, god-awful wretchedness somewhere in the hospitality industry, but rather a creative reflection of individual authors, perhaps even a utopian vision of what Slovakia could be, what visions it could offer in the 21st century to its citizens, as well as to the surrounding dynamically changing world... a world in a time of crisis. The exhibition would like to pay tribute and indirectly respond to the work of Juraj Meliš with its content as well as the selection of authors, who, like the author of the exhibition, was not stolen from the world, Slovakia and finally the individual in the context of society. His works, full of urgent criticism and sadness over the state of our world - the planet Earth, raped by one unnamed and supposedly sophisticated biological species (Homo sapiens sapiens) still speak to us today, many years after their creation with the same relevance (if not more) than at the time of their creation!!!
