studied FF UK in Bratislava and is the founder of the Center for Environmental and Ethics Education, where he worked as a director until 2019.
He founded a program for talented young people of the Socrates Institute, as well as a program for teachers of the Comenius Institute, which was ranked in 2017 by Varkey Foundation among the four most inspiring teachers' support programs. He co -founded the first community school in Zaježovské lazy, which was also attended by his two daughters and son.
In 2017 he won the Bridge Award for long -term contribution in education for his work in the field of education. The Orange Foundation awarded him the Civil Engagement Award. Ashoka Foundation and the Pontis Foundation ranked him among important social innovators of Slovakia. She is currently involved in building a model inclusive school of Alma in Zvolen. It is trying to create space for meaningful teaching of children. It is convinced that it is important to take into account the child's individuality and its developmental pace in children's education.
For the third year he works with a mentor team. She has completed several education as part of mentoring. She completed mentoring through the IRPA or Comenius Institute.
He studies sciences that focus on the needs of children of different ages, such as special pedagogy, assistant work, inclusion at the Inclusionist School, Hejny Method, Montessori Education, Respecting Access R+R, Experient Pedagogy, Mentoring or Work with power in the Comenius Institute. She likes change and is constantly looking for new procedures, instructions, ideas.
👉 Miroslava Sautner
has been working as a school psychologist since 2012. For the fifth year, a school psychologist at the Ďumbierska elementary school in Banská Bystrica has been. Before that, she worked in Prague, a private school as a psychologist and teacher.
She is currently a frequency of long -term therapeutic training in systemic therapy. It has been educated in topics: Traumatized children and game therapy, communication with parents in problematic situations, crisis intervention and more. Her heart theme is talented children.

Expert panel is the initiative of the civic association OZ Team. This is a discussion format to make education and education a topic that will resonate in society and which people will be interested in.
