Vytváření sítě komunitního družstevního bydlení v Česku

We live in a time where we are facing a housing crisis. Those who do not have an apartment or a house from their parents or grandparents and cannot afford a mortgage with their income are dependent on precarious rental housing. The concept of Shared houses responds to the housing crisis by supporting the creation of community housing. It is based on a specific form of collective ownership, which aims to remove the property from the real estate market and thereby ensure stability and security for cooperative members.

You don't know how to proceed, but you would like to live communally, in a larger group and ideally in my own? Does it seem unimaginable to achieve something like this? Come to a workshop organized by Shared Houses, which will focus on specific steps and a description of the entire process of creating cooperative housing, which was designed according to the model of the German Mietshäuser Syndikat network.

The workshop is implemented as part of the project "Model of community solidarity housing Shared houses - genesis, obstacles and possibilities of its expansion in the Czech Republic" co-financed by the Ministry of Regional Development.
