We all need to have a safe place. A space where there is peace, no demands, pressures or threats. A place where we can rest, gain strength, think in peace, relax. A place where we can hide from worries and suffering.
You can still have this place with you - inside in yourself. In your memory, imagination, nervous system. Whenever you can enter it and literally "switch" to rest.
I will help you create it at an online workshop and fasten it with the help of EMDR to make it available at any time.
We will meet at Zoom at 6 pm, we will work for about an hour and a half to two, I can handle a maximum of 24 participants. It will be very pleasant, supportive and optimistic!
Attention, the participation is only live at a given time, watching the record in this case does not work.
To work together, you need to have a camera on and a larger screen or display (it's not very convenient on your mobile) - to see me well and I on you.
