About event
The course provides practical and theoretical information on the possibilities of using dance-motion activities in social work with children with handicap (mental, physical, sensory and combined disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD). Participants will become acquainted with the specifics of physical and psychosocial development and the needs of children with disabilities and the benefits of movement and dance for their psychosocial development. A large part of the seminar consists of self -experience, which offers participants both personal experience from working with their own body, as well as zoom in the needs, possibilities and limits of children with handicap and last but not least also inspiration for their own practical activity with the target group. The time subsidy of the course is 8 lessons.
The output of the course is the certificate in further education of helping workers.
