❓Game Developers Meetup, organized Slovak Game Developers Association, is a regular informal meeting for all enthusiasts and play industry professionals in Slovakia. This is a great opportunity for people interested in the development of games, be it programmers, artists, designers, or students, for networking, exchange of experience, watching presentations and lectures, as well as a presentation of their own projects and getting a feedback. The aim of these meetups is to build a community, sharing knowledge and support of the Slovak gaming industry, and are open to all who are interested in this area. Or is you tempted to create your own Node system that can do it all for you? At this lecture we will look into the Node Tree of the Hulda system - we will show how it speeds up development, simplifies work and how it is used outside the game industry. Gaming engine tools, development of advanced rendering algorithms and Shaders in Realtima, as well as porting games to well -known platforms. He has been involved in games such as Ground of Aces, Angry Alligator, The Wanderers and Deadness. Currently, the Studio Struct9, in which they work on the Viking Hulda game. It is a narrative game that was created as a tool for teaching history at primary and secondary schools. The lecture will bring the process of creating a story in the context of real historical events and circumstances with an emphasis on: research, cooperation with experts and educators and approach to the processing of historical and political theme in the form of a game. In the past she worked in studios such as Cauldron, Tentacle Studios and Pixelfederation. He is currently engaged in the design of educational games for IMPACT Games and teaches in the game design studio at VŠMU.
