In this introduction we will explain the meaning of rage as a natural emotion when hitting the border. We will discuss how to react to children's anger as mature adults.
We will learn to stay calm and not run into self-defense, quick solutions, or avoidance.
Healthy processing of emotions is namely something that children learn from us in everyday life. Sentence: "Don't get angry!" it is completely useless - the child will not learn anything - neither what anger is for, nor how to experience it, use it and how to accept it.
So let's think about the importance of this strong emotion in our lives and when anger helps us and how to welcome it into life. How to receive it in our children. How to be constructive with anger.
