About event
IT IS DECIDED. WE KNOW THE FINAL SIX 🤘
The semi-final rounds in Prague and Žilina are behind us. After two strong evenings and scoring by the expert jury, we know the bands that are fighting to advance to Wacken Open Air.
The following will advance to the big Czech-Slovak final:
🇨🇿 Laid to Waste
🇨🇿 Silent Stream Of Godless Elegy
🇨🇿 Innersphere
🇸🇰 GÁGOR
🇸🇰 As They Rise
🇸🇰 Homo Primitive
Six bands, one evening, one winning name.
The finals of the Wacken Metal Battle Czech Republic & Slovakia will take place on May 8, 2026 in Bratislava's Majestic Music Club. It is there that the jury will choose the band that will represent the CZ/SK scene at Wacken.
