A further training course for music school teachers, musicians and educators who work with students up to the age of 12 (and older).

The Ward Method - named after the American music educator Justine B. Ward - enables all children to receive musical education based on singing. Children from the 1st school year onwards receive a differentiated musical education. You learn to sight-sing, write down melodies by ear and consciously improvise. An essential part of the method is relative solmization.
In order to successfully follow the course, a music degree is not absolutely necessary. Enjoyment and a certain amount of experience in singing are the most important requirements.
The course is recognized as educational time. Anyone who has been employed for six months or has an employee-like employment relationship with the focus of their work in the state of Berlin can take advantage of educational time (formerly educational leave).
